Deuteronomy第29章:25

Verse 25. And the internal dictate of conscience shall reply that it is because they have neglected to carry out the commandments of the Divine Love and Wisdom as given in former states to bring them to Himself, when the means of regeneration were placed before them to bring them out of a merely natural state.
