26 Então todo o povo, tanto pequenos como grandes, e os chefes das forças, levantando-se, foram para o Egito, porque temiam os caldeus.

Verse 26. And thus the men of the church in various states, as well as their leaders, experience a change of state, relying on natural light alone, and seeking instruction thence. For they fear to trust truths falsified by the love of dominion.
