10 All that don't have fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of all the living creatures that are in the waters, they are an abomination to you,

Verse 10. But truths that are not cultivated with a view to spiritual progress, and that are embodied in ultimates for that purpose, whether they are interior, inmost or external, or only sensual and corporeal, are thereby rendered infernal and defiled.
