23 by the command of Jehovah they encamp, and by the command of Jehovah they journey; the charge of Jehovah they have kept, by the command of Jehovah in the hand of Moses.

Verse 23. But all states of progress or rest are from the Lord, although man must cooperate with the Lord, believing that he receives life from Him continually by Divine Truth.
