16 he has said◦, who heard the sayings of God◦, and knew the knowledge of the Most·​·High, who beheld the vision of Shaddai, falling forward, but having his eyes uncovered:

Verse 16. May yet be compelled to outward obedience, and also to the realization of truth in its outward form as a manifestation of Divine Good, as an exhibition of the Divine Omnipotence, as producing the semblance of humility, and as giving revelation.
