791. Nadat dit werk geëindigd was, riep de Heer Zijn twaalf discipelen samen, die Hem in de wereld gevolgd waren; en de dag daarna zond Hij hen allen uit in de gehele geestelijke wereld om het Evangelie te prediken, dat de Heer God Jezus Christus regeert, wiens Rijk zal zijn in de eeuwen der eeuwen, overeenkomstig de voorzegging, gedaan door, (Daniël 7:13-14; en in de Apocalyps 11:15); en dat

‘diegenen zalig zijn die toetreden tot het avondmaal van de bruiloft van het Lam’, (Apocalyps 19:9).

Dit geschiedde in de maand juni, op de negentiende dag van het jaar 1770. Dit werd verstaan onder de volgende woorden van de Heer: ‘Hij zal Zijn engelen zenden, en zij zullen Zijn uitverkorenen vergaderen van de ene grens der hemelen tot aan de andere grens ervan.
