9 องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าจึงตรัสดังนี้ว่า อย่าให้คนต่างด้าว ที่มิได้เข้าสุหนัตทางจิตใจคนและเนื้อหนังคือชนต่างด้าวทั้งสิ้นที่อยู่ท่ามกลางชนชาติอิสราเอลเข้าไปในสถานบริสุทธิ์ของเรา
