8 καὶ προσθήσουσιν οἱ γραμματεῖς λαλῆσαι πρὸς τὸν λαὸν καὶ ἐροῦσιν τίς ὁ ἄνθρωπος ὁ φοβούμενος καὶ δειλὸς τῇ καρδίᾳ πορευέσθω καὶ ἀποστραφήτω εἰς τὴν οἰκίαν αὐτοῦ ἵνα μὴ δειλιάνῃ τὴν καρδίαν τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ αὐτοῦ ὥσπερ ἡ αὐτοῦ

Verse 8. And this shall also be impressed upon the faculties of the mind by the powers appointed by the new regenerate will, that if any affection or principle in the soul wavers and is not firmly opposed to the evil or falsity which tempts; then let this principle be brought to accord with the regenerate will, lest the other thoughts and affections waver like it.
