Ezekiel 41

Lernen

And he brought me to the temple, and measured the columns, six cubits in breadth from here, and six cubits in breadth from here, which was the breadth of the tabernacle.

And the breadth of the entrance was ten cubits; and the wings of the entrance were five cubits from here, and five cubits from here; and he measured its length, forty cubits, and the breadth, twenty cubits.

Then came he within, and measured the column of the entrance, two cubits; and the entrance, six cubits; and the breadth of the entrance, seven cubits.

And he measured its length, twenty cubits; and the breadth, twenty cubits, before the temple; and he said unto me, This is the holy of holies.

And he measured the wall of the house, six cubits; and the breadth of every side-chamber, four cubits, around and around the house all around.

And the ribbing, was a rib to a rib*, three and thirty times; and these came into the wall which was for the house, to the ribbing around and around, to be held··tightly, and they were not held··tightly in the wall of the house.

And there was a broadening, and a turning··around upward and upward to the ribs; for the turning··around of the house went upward and upward all around the house: therefore the breadth of the house was upward, and so went··up from the lowest chamber up··to the uppermost, to the middle.

And I saw the loftiness of the house all around; the foundations of the side-chambers were a full reed of six great cubits.

The breadth of the wall, which was for the ribbing outside, was five cubits, and which was placed inside the ribbings that were inside.

And between the rooms was the breadth of twenty cubits all around the house all around.

And the entrance of the side-chambers was toward the place that was left, one entrance the way of the north, and one other entrance toward the south; and the breadth of the place that was left was five cubits all around.

And the building that was toward the face of the separation at the quarter, the way of the west was seventy cubits in breadth; and the wall of the building was five cubits in breadth all around, and its length ninety cubits.

And he measured the house, the length a hundred cubits; and the separation, and the building, and its walls, their length a hundred cubits;

and the breadth of the face of the house, and of the separation toward the east, a hundred cubits.

And he measured the length of the building to the faces of the separation which was behind it, and its galleries, from here and from here, were a hundred cubits, and the inner temple, and the porches of the court;

the doorways, and the shutting windows, and the galleries all around their three stories, in··front··of the doorway, paneled with wood around and around, and from the earth up to the windows, and the windows were covered;

to that above the entrance, even to the house, inside and outside, and by all the wall around and around on the interior and on the exterior, by measures.

And it was made with cherubim and palm··trees, so that a palm··tree was between a cherub and a cherub; and every cherub had two faces;

and a human face was toward the palm··tree on the one side*, and a face of a young··lion toward the palm··tree on the other side*; it was made through all the house all around.

From the earth to above the entrance were cherubim and palm··trees made, and on the wall of the temple.

The posts of the temple were foursquare, and the face of the sanctuary; the appearance of the one as the appearance of the other.

The altar of wood was three cubits tall, and its length two cubits; and its edges, and its length, and its walls, were of wood; and he spoke to me, This is the table that is before Jehovah.

And the temple and the sanctuary had two doors.

And there were two doors for the doors; two doors turning··around, two for one door, and two doors for the other.

And there were made on them, on the doors of the temple, cherubim and palm··trees, as were made upon the walls; and there were thick··planks of wood upon the faces of the porch outside.

And there were shutting windows and palm··trees from here and from here, to the wings of the porch, and for the ribs of the house, and thick··planks.
