At lahat ng mga Egipcio ay humukay sa palibot ng ilog, upang makasumpong ng tubig na mainom; sapagka't sila'y hindi makainom ng tubig sa ilog.

This is clear from the meaning of 'speaking to' as a command, dealt with in 7240; and from the representation of 'Pharaoh' as those who are steeped in falsities and engage in molestation, dealt with in 7107, 7110, 7126, 7141.
