7 `And thus thou dost to them to cleanse them: sprinkle upon them waters of atonement, and they have caused a razor to pass over all their flesh, and have washed their garments, and cleansed themselves,

Verse 7. And this process of purification is effected by means of the truths of the Word which expose and remove evils and falsities; separate falsities so that truth is conjoined with good even in ultimates: separate falsities from truths in the understanding; and remove evils from the heart, or in the will.
