43 And all the first-born -- male -- by the number of names, from a son of a month and upward, of their numbered ones, are two and twenty thousand two hundred and seventy and three.

Verse 43. This being in general, according to Divine ordination and arrangement, from the commencement of faith to the acquisition of charity, fullness of conjunction as to good with truth, and truth with good reciprocally, and also a holy state, with fullness as to remains.
