Indlala yayinzima kwelo zwe.

Kwathi, bakuba begqibile ukuyidla ingqolowa ababeze nayo bevela eYiputa, wathi uyise kubo, Buyani niye kusithengela intwana yokudla.

Wathi uYuda kuye, Indoda leyo yaqononondisa kuthi, yathi, Aniyi kububona ubuso bam, engabangakho nani umninawa wenu.

Ukuba uthe wamthuma umninawa wethu nathi, sohla siye kukuthengela ukudla.

Ukuba akuthanga umthume, asiyi kuhla; kuba indoda leyo yathi kuthi, Aniyi kububona ubuso bam, engabangakho nani umninawa wenu.

USirayeli wathi, Yini na ukuba nindenzele ububi, niyixelele indoda leyo ukuthi, nisenomninawa?

Bathi, Indoda leyo yabuza kunene ngathi nangemizalwana yethu, isithi, Usaphilile na uyihlo? Nisenomninawa na? Sayixelela ngokwaloo mazwi. Besisazi yini na ukuba ibiya kuthi, Yihlani nomninawa wenu?

UYuda wathi kuSirayeli uyise, Mthume nam umfana, sisuke sihambe, siphile, singafi thina, nawe, nabantwana bethu.

Mna ndiya kummela, wombiza esandleni sam; ukuba andithanga ndimzise kuwe, ndimbeke phambi kwakho, mandibe netyala kuwe yonke imihla yam.

Kuba, ukuba besingazilazilanga, inene ngesiba ngoku sesibuye okwesibini.

USirayeli uyise wathi kubo, Ukuba kunjalo okunene, yenzani ke oku: thabathani kwezinconywayo izinto zelizwe eli, nizifake ezingxoweni zenu, nihle niyisele indoda leyo umnikelo: intwana yamafutha aqholiweyo, nentwana yencindi yobusi, nentlaka emhlophe, nentlaka emnandi, neenkozo zepistasi, neeamangile.

Phathani enye imali esandleni senu; naloo mali yabuyiswayo emlonyeni weengxowa zenu, buyani nayo esandleni senu; mhlawumbi sisiphosiso.

Nomninawa wenu mthabatheni, ninduluke, nibuyele kwindoda leyo.

Ngamana uThixo uSomandla waniphatha ngemfesane phambi kwendoda leyo, ukuba inikhululele omnye umzalwana wenu lowo noBhenjamin. Mna, ukuba ndihluthiwe abantwana, ndihluthiwe.

Amadoda lawo awuthabatha loo mnikelo, neemali zombini aziphatha esandleni sawo, noBhenjamin, asuka ehla aya eYiputa, ema phambi koYosefu.

UYosefu wambona uBhenjamin enabo, wathi kumphathi wendlu yakhe, Wangenise loo madoda endlwini, uxhele, ulungise; kuba la madoda aya kudla nam emini enkulu.

Indoda leyo yenza njengoko watshoyo uYosefu; Indoda yawangenisa amadoda endlwini kaYosefu.

Amadoda oyika, ngokuba engeniswe endlwini kaYosefu, athi, Kungenxa yemali eyayibuyiselwe ezingxoweni zethu ekuqaleni, le nto singeniswe apha; ukuze agaleleke phezu kwethu, asiwele, asithabathe sibe ngamakhoboka, kwanamaesile ethu.

Asondela kuloo ndoda iphethe indlu kaYosefu, athetha nayo emnyango wendlu, athi, Tarhu, nkosi!

Sehla okunene ekuqaleni, sisiza kuthenga ukudla.

Kwathi, sakufika endaweni yokulalisa, sazivula iingxowa zethu, kwavela imali yalowo nalowo emlonyeni wengxowa yakhe, imali yethu ngomlinganiso wayo. Sibuye nayo ke siyiphethe.

Nenye imali sihle seza nayo esandleni sethu, ukuba sithenge ukudla; asimazi oyifakileyo imali ezingxoweni zethu.

Yathi, Xolani, musani ukoyika; uThixo wenu, uThixo kayihlo, uninikile ubutyebi ezingxoweni zenu; imali yenu ndayamkela. Yabakhuphela uSimon.

Indoda leyo yawangenisa amadoda endlwini kaYosefu, yawanika amanzi, ahlamba iinyawo zawo; yawapha iindiza amaesile awo.

Umnikelo lowo awulungisela ukufika kukaYosefu emini enkulu; kuba ebeve kusithiwa aya kudla isonka khona.

Wangena uYosefu endlwini; amzisela endlwini umnikelo obusesandleni sawo, aqubuda kuye emhlabeni.

Wawabuza ukuphila kwawo, wathi, Uyihlo usaphilile na, ixhego enanithethe ngalo? Usadla ubomi na?

Athi, Usaphilile ubawo umkhonzi wakho, usadla ubomi. Bathoba baqubuda.

Wawaphakamisa amehlo akhe, wambona uBhenjamin umninawa wakhe, umntwana kanina, wathi, Nguye na lo umninawa wenu omncinane, enibe nithetha ngaye kum? Wathi, Ngamana uThixo wakubabala, nyana wam.

Wakhawuleza uYosefu; kuba wasikwa yimfesane ngenxa yomninawa wakhe, wafuna indawo angalilela kuyo, wangena engontsini, walila khona.

Waza wahlamba ubuso bakhe, waphuma ezibambile, wathi, Bekani isonka.

Bambekela yedwa, bababekela bodwa bona, bawabekela odwa amaYiputa abesidla naye; kuba amaYiputa akanakudla sonka namaHebhere; kuba lisikizi elo kumaYiputa.

Bhalala phantsi phambi kwakhe, owamazibulo ngokobuzibulo bakhe, omncinane ngokobuncinane bakhe. Amadoda akhangelana ethe manga.

Aselwa izabelo ezisuka phambi kwakhe; ke isabelo sikaBhenjamin saba sikhulu kahlanu kwizabelo zabo bonke bephela. Basela, baba mnandi benaye.
