Kwafika ilizwi likaYehova kum ngomnyaka wesithoba, ngenyanga yeshumi, ngolweshumi enyangeni leyo, lisithi,

Nyana womntu, Zibhalele igama lale mini, layo yona le mini; ukumkani waseBhabheli uyishicilele iYerusalem ngayo yona le mini.

Uze uyizekelisele ngomzekeliso indlu eneenkani, uthi kubo, Itsho iNkosi uYehova ukuthi, Beka imbiza eziko, yibeke, kananjalo ugalele amanzi kuyo.

Hlanganisela kuyo iinyama zayo; zonke iinyama ezilungileyo, umlenze negxalaba; yizalise ngamathambo akhethiweyo.

Thabatha ezikhethiweyo zempahla emfutshane, kananjalo amathambo uwafumbele iinkuni ngaphantsi kwayo. Yibilise kakuhle; kananjalo amathambo ayo makaphekwe phakathi kwayo.

Ngako oko, itsho iNkosi uYehova ukuthi, Yeha, mzindini unamagazi! Mbizandini inomhlwa, emhlwa ungasukiyo! Yirhole inyama ngeenyama zayo; aliphumi nayo iqashiso.

Ngokuba igazi lawo liphakathi kwawo; ulibeke engxondorheni ebalelelwe lilanga; awuliphalazanga emhlabeni, ukuba liselelwe luthuli.

Ukuze kunyuke ubushushu, ukuze iphindezelwe impindezelo, igazi lawo ndilibeke engxondorheni ebalelelwe lilanga, ukuze lingaselelwa.

Ngako oko, itsho iNkosi uYehova ukuthi, Yeha, mzindini unamagazi! Nam ndiya kuyenza ibe nkulu imfumba yeenkuni.

Fumba iinkuni, khwezela umlilo, vuthisa inyama, ujiye umhluzi, atshe amathambo;

uyibeke phezu kwamalahle ayo, ingasenanto phakathi, ukuze lufudumale lutshe ubhedu lwayo, bunyibilike ubunqambi bayo phakathi kwayo, umhlwa wayo ugqibele.

Izidinisile ngemigushanxa; awuphumi kuyo umhlwa wayo omninzi; mawube semlilweni umhlwa wayo.

Ebunqambini bakho ngamanyala; ngenxa enokuba ndikuhlambulule, akwahlambuluka, akusayi kuhlambuluka ebunqambini bakho, ndide ndibupholisele kuwe ubushushu bam.

Mna Yehova ndithethile; iyeza le nto, ndiya kuyenza; andiyi kuyeka, andiyi kuba nanceba, andiyi kuzohlwaya. Baya kukugweba ngokweendlela zakho nangokweentlondi zakho; itsho iNkosi uYehova.

Kwafika ilizwi likaYehova kum, lisithi,

Nyana womntu, yabona, ndithabatha kuwe intanda yamehlo akho ngesibetho; uze ungambambazeli, ungalili; makungaphumi zinyembezi kuwe.

Gcuma uthe cwaka; uze ungenzi sijwili ngabafileyo. Jikela unkontsho lwakho, unxibe iimbadada zakho ezinyaweni zakho, ungazigqubutheli iindevu zakho eziphezu komlomo, ungasidli isonka sabantu.

Ndathetha ke nabantu kusasa; ngokuhlwa wafa umkam; ndenza ke ngengomso njengoko wayendiwisele umthetho ngako.

Bathi abantu kum, Akusixeleli na, ukuba ezi zintozithini na kuthi, ukuba wenjenje?

Ndathi kubo, Kwafika ilizwi likaYehova kum, lisithi,

Yithi kwindlu kaSirayeli, Itsho iNkosi uYehova ukuthi, Yabonani, ndiya kuyingcolisa ingcwele yam, iqhayiya lamandla enu, intanda yamehlo enu, isizondelelo somphefumlo wenu, bawe likrele oonyana benu neentombi zenu enibashiyileyo.

Niya kwenza ke njengoko ndenze ngako: iindevu eziphezu komlomo aniyi kuzigqubuthela, ningasidli isonka sabantu;

iinkontsho zenu ziya kuba sentloko kuni, neembadada zenu zibe sezinyaweni zenu; aniyi kumbambazela, nilile; ke niya kungcungcutheka ebugwenxeni benu, nigcume, omnye ekhangele komnye.

UHezekile woba sisimanga kuni; niya kwenza njengako konke akwenzileyo; ekuzeni kwako oko, niya kwazi ukuba ndiyiNkosi uYehova.

Wena ke, nyana womntu, inyaniso, mini ndithabatha kubo inqaba yabo, imihlali yesihombo sabo, intanda yamehlo abo, into abaphakamisela kuyo umphefumlo wabo, oonyana babo neentombi zabo:

ngayo loo mini kuya kufika osindileyo kuwe, avakalise oko ezindlebeni zakho.

Ngayo loo mini uya kuvuleka umlomo wakho, kunye nosindileyo lowo; uthethe, ungabi saba sisidenge; ube sisimanga kubo; bazi ukuba ndinguYehova.
