18 'Cursed is he who makes the blind to wander out of the way.' All the people shall say, 'Amen.'

Verse 18. It curses the soul and averts from heaven for the understanding, when enlightened, to favour evil and to lead out of the path of rectitude the natural inclinations which cannot distinguish between good and evil; and all the mind shall assent.
