29 And when all the congregation saw that Aaron was dead, they mourned for Aaron thirty days, even all the house of Israel.

Verse 29. But when, with the man of the church, a prior state passes away, and a new state succeeds, there is mourning on account of lost truths, because good now triumphs, and the affection of truth as well as the affection of good is distressed.
