27 เมื่อให้หญิงนั้นดื่มน้ำแล้ว ต่อมา ถ้านางกระทำตัวให้มลทินและประพฤตินอกใจสามี น้ำที่นำการสาปแช่งนั้นจะเข้าในตัวนางเป็นความเฝื่อนฝาด ท้องจะป่องและโคนขาจะลีบไป และหญิงนั้นจะเป็นคำสาปแช่งท่ามกลางชนชาติของนาง

Verse 27. But in the case of such apparent appropriation of truth, when nevertheless there is the adulteration of good by falsity and the perversion of truth by evil, then the reception of truth shall be distasteful; there can be no reciprocal conjunction of truth with good; nor any conjunction of good with truth; and there is complete aversion from truth.
