4 และมิได้นำมาที่ประตูพลับพลาแห่งชุมนุมเพื่อถวายเป็นของบูชาแด่พระเยโฮวาห์ที่หน้าพลับพลาแห่งพระเยโฮวาห์ ผู้นั้นต้องมีโทษด้วยมีบาปเรื่องเลือด คือเขาทำให้เลือดตก ผู้นั้นจะต้องถูกตัดขาดจากชนชาติของตน

Verse 4. And it is not acknowledged that he receives power to do so by conjunction with the Lord through the heavens, since all good is from Him through inmost principles; that man does violence to holy good and holy truth, and thereby separates himself from heaven and the church.
