42 เพื่อผู้ใดที่ฆ่าคนจะได้หลบหนีไปอยู่ที่นั่น คือผู้ที่ฆ่าเพื่อนบ้านโดยมิได้เจตนา โดยมิได้เกลียดชังเขาแต่ก่อน และเมื่อหนีไปอยู่ในเมืองนี้เมืองใดเมืองหนึ่งก็จะรอดชีวิต

Verse 42. That when the soul through error has destroyed anything of spiritual life, it may take refuge in them and be blameless if the destruction of what is spiritual takes place from ignorance and not from premeditated evil in the heart; and that by embracing these doctrines his spiritual life might be preserved.
