53 E, no cerco e no aperto com que os teus inimigos te apertarão, comerás o fruto do teu ventre, a carne de teus filhos e de tuas filhas, que o Senhor teu Deus te houver dado.

So that you will consume the good of your own soul, and the goods of the truths and affections which the Divine Love and Wisdom had developed within you, in the oppression of the false, and deprivation of spiritual nourishment, which will be brought upon you by evils and falses, the enemies of your soul:
