23 For ikke finnes det trolldom i Jakob, og ikke spådomskunster i Israel; når tiden er der, blir det sagt til Jakob og til Israel hvad Gud vil gjøre.

Verse 23. Nor can they be overcome by those who pervert and prostitute Divine Truths, when they are made to appear as falsities in the natural or spiritual degree of their minds. For both the natural and spiritual man regenerated are under the protection of the Lord, and to Him all their salvation is due.
