Verse 4. For it is, eternally, the dictate of Divine Truth, from Divine Love, concerning the spiritual church or state, that it should be succeeded by the celestial church or state, provided the man of the church shall, first from a sense of holy fear, and secondly from the affection of truth, live in obedience with all the power of the will and understanding conjointly.
