1 Abeizy 15:9

Verse 9. And this new state is a state of fulness as to remains, appertaining to the man of the Spiritual Church, in which evils are restrained and overcome by the implantation of a new will of good, which is conscience, in the understanding; and this governs in the celestial-spiritual church.
