18 Parumque est hoc in conspectu Domini : insuper tradet etiam Moab in manus vestras.

Verse 18. And not only so, because the Lord gives everyone willingly the power to acquire truths; but He also permits him to keep in subjection his lower passions from motives of selfishness.
