4 Regum 21:6

Verse 6. Moreover they consume the truth of the church in their lusts, and so pervert interior truths, exterior truths, and things external, both as to good and truth, as to make truth appear like falsity and falsity like truth, thus confirming evil states, and averting themselves from the Lord;
