28 This is the service of the families of the sons of Gershon in the tabernacle of the congregation: and their charge shall be under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.

Verse 28. These are the functions of those in the obscure good of the ultimate heaven in the worship of the Lord and the work of salvation; and their ruling motive is the love of natural good received from the Lord and expressed with power in natural truth.
