32 And you shall not take atonement for him who has fled to▵ the city of his refuge, for him to return to dwell in the land, until the death of the priest.

Verse 32. Moreover, even he who has committed evil without an evil intention, cannot be in freedom and full redemption so long as good is not conjoined with truth in him, or until, by the Judgement, he is delivered from falsity, and confirmed in the truth which agrees with his own good.
