45 17:10 Be exalted from the midst of this congregation, and I will consume· them ·all as in a moment. And they fell on their faces.

Verse 45. That a state of external worship without internal, when persisted in, causes the separation of interior good and truth, and will result in the destruction of internal worship, unless there be repentance and humiliation.
