33 And they◦, and all that belonged to them, went·​·down towards hell alive, and the earth covered over them; and they perished from the midst of the assembly.

Verse 33. And thus he enters into his eternal condition of life in the hells; his external man is made one with his internal; and he is no longer in the intermediate state in which regeneration alone is possible by means of truths.
