20 And Jehovah rejected all the seed of Israel, and afflicted them, and gave them into the hand of pillagers, until He had cast them from before His face.

Verse 20. And therefore the corrupted truth of the spiritual church will not lead to conjunction with the Lord, but is united with the evils which cannot agree with Divine Truth.
