26 וַיַּעַן בִּלְעָם וַיֹּאמֶר אֶל־בָּלָק הֲלֹא דִּבַּרְתִּי אֵלֶיךָ לֵאמֹר כֹּל אֲשֶׁר־יְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֹתֹו אֶעֱשֶׂה׃

Verse 26. And at the same time, in that state, he clearly perceives from the light of truth in his understanding, that he is compelled externally to be obedient to the laws of Divine Order.
