12 כִּי־תֹועֲבַת יְהוָה כָּל־עֹשֵׂה אֵלֶּה וּבִגְלַל הַתֹּועֵבֹת הָאֵלֶּה יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ מֹורִישׁ אֹותָם מִפָּנֶיךָ׃

Verse 12. For all these things pollute religion and make the soul averse to heaven; and because they are averse to all good, the providence of the Divine Love and Wisdom is directed to drive them out of the heart.
