BaMidbar 29:32

Verse 32. And this perfect state also involves that, in the seventh stage, when conflict ceases, the natural man has no longer any power against the spiritual, because it is now harmonious therewith, and a state of rest and peace is established, not only in the internal of the natural degree, but also in its external, from a sincere affection for good, and because the conjunction of truth with good is now actually full in all the degrees of the mind;
