BaMidbar 20:14

Verse 14. Nevertheless, he who is only in representative worship merely external, is still persuaded from the natural affection of truth, that natural good, which is selfish good, provided there be only truths, is a genuine means of leading to the heavenly life, in conjunction with spiritual good, because it is in the natural life that regeneration is effected.
