Αριθμοί 9:18

Verse 18. And thus by the Divine Providence, instruction is received from the Word; and by Him, from the Word, are all the states of man ordinated and arranged; nor is man, from himself, aware of such ordination and arrangement, because with regard to this he is in obscurity.
