3 Και ο λαος ελοιδορει κατα του Μωυσεως και ειπον, λεγοντες, Ειθε ν' απεθνησκομεν, οτε οι αδελφοι ημων απεθανον ενωπιον του Κυριου.

Verse 3. And the External is arrayed against the Internal from the affection and the perception that it would have been better to have yielded to the delights of the merely natural man, in previous states of conflict, than to suffer this trial.
