Mooseksen kirja 25:35

Verse 35. And it is the duty of the man of the Spiritual Church to support those in the external church who are deficient in truths, and thus lack power to do good; and, in the meantime, such persons either act from natural good without truths, or are in the course of instruction in good and truth.
