2 Kings 23:25

Verse 25. Nor is it possible that any -previous state of the church, or of the individual can equal that of the Lord in His glorified human life, or of the man of the New Church thence derived, who is regenerated fully as to the will, as to the understanding, and as to the life, by the Word of the Lord. Nor can any future state exceed this.
