23 Siis ta valmistas neile suure pidusöögi ning nad sõid ja jõid; seejärel laskis ta nad minema ja nad läksid oma isanda juurde. Ja Süüria röövjõugud ei tulnud enam Iisraeli maale.

Verse 23. And the Lord, indeed, provides for man's natural powers, and having received nourishment by the Word as to affection and as to intelligence, they become subordinate to the ruling love. Nor are they disposed any more to invade the province of life, which belongs to the spiritual.
