1 The first day also of the seventh month shall be venerable and holy unto you; you shall do no servile work therein, because it is the day of the sounding and of trumpets.

Verse 1. And when the state of faith with the man of the church is full and holy, and love begins to he manifested, another rearrangement of truths takes place, and another season of spiritual rest is experienced; for then there is further revelation of Divine Truth from the Lord
