3 And Solomon loved the Lord, walking in the precepts of David his father, only he sacrificed in the high places: and burnt incense.

Verse 3. For although the celestial man, like the Lord in His earthly life, acts from Divine Good, and Divine Truth, his worship, nevertheless, is qualified as to good, and as to truth, by comparatively imperfect states.
