16 and the priest shall dip his right finger in the oil that is in his left hand, and shall sprinkle of the oil with his finger seven times before Jehovah.

Verse 16. And this not only in general, but also in particular; and hence there is with the man of the church the reception of good with power by means of truth, and the acknowledgement in all fullness and holiness that the conjunction of truth with good in him is entirely from the Lord.
