Deuteronomium 24:9

Verse 9. Remember how it has happened that even the good of faith itself has become profaned during the progress of regeneration in the soul by rejecting the influx of the Divine Love and Wisdom. (The good of faith is the affection of doing good acquired by truths; it is profaned when applied to self-aggrandizement, as in Miriam's case.)
