1 Královská 10:10

Verse 10. Acquiring to Himself in the ultimate plane of being, which is the Divine Natural, affections, and truths with their receptacles infinitely; for no finite being can be regenerated as to the natural degree of his life, so as to be life itself in that degree, in the way that the Lord is.

That's why it is that people who are outside of the church, as well as they who are within it, can fully acknowledge and worship the Lord.
