1 以色列和犹大犯罪受罚

2 万民哪!你们都要;地和地上所遍满的,你们要聆耶和华要指证你们的不是,必从他的殿指证你们的不是。

3 看哪!耶和华离开自己的地方,他降来,踏在地的处。

4 在他脚下融化,众裂开,如蜡在前一般,像冲下斜坡一般,

5 这都是因为雅各的过犯,以色列家的恶。雅各的过犯是什么呢?不就是撒玛利亚吗?犹大家的恶是什么呢?不就是耶路撒冷吗?

6 撒玛利亚的刑罚所以我必使撒玛利亚变成田间的废堆,作栽种葡萄之处;我必把撒玛利亚石头倒在谷中,连它的根基都露出来。

7 它一切雕刻的偶像必被打碎;它全部的钱财,都要用烧尽;它所有的偶像,我都要毁灭;因为从妓女钱财榨取的,最后也必归为妓女的钱财。

8 犹大的刑罚为此我要痛哭哀号,赤膊光脚而行;又要哀号如豺狼,悲鸣像鸵鸟。

9 因为撒玛利亚的创伤无法医治,并且殃及犹大,直逼我子民的城,就是耶路撒冷

10 不要在迦特报信,不要在巴歌哭泣;却要在伯.亚弗拉打滚于尘土中。

11 沙斐的居民哪!你们赤身羞愧走过去吧。撒南的居民不敢出来(“不敢出来”或译:“也逃不掉”);伯.以薛人的哀号,要把你们立足之地夺去。

12 玛律的居民,急待得着幸福,因有灾祸从耶和华那里降,临到耶路撒冷的城

13 拉吉的居民哪!要用快马套车,这就是锡安子民(“子民”原文作“女子”)恶的开端;因为以色列的过犯,都在你那里到了。

14 因此要把妆奁,送摩利设.迦特;亚革悉的各家,必用诡诈对待以色列的

15 玛利沙的居民哪!我要再使那征服你的到你那里;以色列的荣耀,必去到亚杜兰。

16 犹大啊!为你所喜爱的儿女,你要剃头,使你的头光,完全光如同;因为他们都从你那里被掳去了。
