14 First the flag of the children of Judah went forward with their armies: and at the head of his army was Nahshon, the son of Amminadab.

Verse 14. For the inmost truths of man's life are first affected by this influx, these being celestial love and its truths in orderly arrangement, governed by the perception of truth from love, derived from primary Divine Truth.
