21 واذا كانت السحابة من المساء الى الصباح ثم ارتفعت السحابة في الصباح كانوا يرتحلون. او يوما وليلة ثم ارتفعت السحابة كانوا يرتحلون.

Verse 21. Also, with respect to a state of obscurity or brightness, it is the latter which leads man forward; but there are states of both successively, which do not promote any advance.
