`And when the priest seeth the plague of the scall, and lo, its appearance is not deeper than the skin, and there is no blackhair in it, then hath the priest shut up [him who hath] the plague of the scall sevendays.

Verse 31. But if examination from Divine Good by Divine Truth shows that there is really no acknowledgement and faith, and that truth is not utterly vastated, then there is from Divine Good a state of restraint and holiness in the course of regeneration.
