22 as He hath done for the sons of Esau, who are dwelling in Seir, when He destroyed the Horim from before them, and they dispossess them, and dwell in their stead, unto this day.

Verse 22. As He did to the external affections of good which dwelt in the will part of the mind when He destroyed the persuasions of self-love from before them, and they succeeded them and dwelt in their stead even to the present condition of the soul.
