12 "Behold, I have taken the Levites from among the children of Israel instead of all the firstborn who open the womb among the children of Israel; and the Levites shall be mine:

Verse 12. That the Lord alone is the origin of charity with the man of the church, and that this charity is primary with him in reality, although faith appears to be so in the order of regeneration.
